Four-Leaf Towers
Requirements
A staple of Houston's luxury living, Four-Leaf Towers wanted to update their website to enhance functionality for residents of the towers and represent the online presence with as much class as their physical property. Thanks to a referral from a former client, MDG was interviewed and promptly tasked with the full website remodel. With the new website, Four-Leaf Towers was not only able to show off the elegance of the property, but were able to provide residents with an easy to use online residence portal.

You Got This
As we learned about the wish-list for the new website, one important request set the tone for the development on our end: the site should be operable by the clients. Having developed websites for client operation countless times over, we made sure the content management system was clearly labeled and explained in a thorough training for authorized editors.
Updated Classic Living
Strong Boxed
To provide residents with secure access to sensitive documents provided by the towers’ managers, we incorporated a user registration and login portal into the site.
Looking Around
To give potential residents a peek into life in the towers (and also maybe to inspire some envy), we produced 3D floor plans to go along with the photo galleries of interiors. Users can spin rooms around to see it from all angles.
Photo Galleries
Throughout the website, we wanted to show off the property, so we incorporated photo galleries into every page. With so many large pictures in the site, we had to be very particular in our editing to keep the file size of each photo small to make sure the site could load quickly.
Hey Good Lookin’
Picturesque
The concept for this site’s design was to simulate a high-end fashion magazine, with photography dominating the display. Incorporating galleries throughout, site users can “flip through” stunning picture after stunning picture.
We’re Housebroken
Aside from the obvious professional expectations of photographing someone’s home (i.e. not disturbing the space or tracking in mud), we were hyper-aware of the subjects being captured; we avoided exposed documents, messy corners, and all photographs.
Thoughts in Cursive
Our copywriters work closely with clients to ensure that only the desired content and voice make their way to the public. Anyone can use a writing style guide, but not everyone can write with style.
Going to Great Heights
In addition to photographing the property around the ground level and the interior, we were given access to the roof level of one of the 40-story towers. The experience was beneficial for the photoshoot and pretty scary for the individual afraid of heights.
Special Guests
We had so much fun working on this project and the Towers’ managers enjoyed the product and the process, so we swing by whenever we’re in the area just to say hi and catch up. Hard work and good people working together yield the best results.
