When Wenaas USA was looking to refresh their brand, they asked MDG to be head up the effort. More than just cleaning up a logo though, MDG was tasked with creating a comprehensive product catalog and adapting it into a website. Creating these digital and physical marketing tools wrapped up in a refreshed design breathed a new life into the Wenaas brand. The end results included a thoroughly refreshed design, an easy-to-navigate product catalog, and an interactive website that spoke volumes about the brand's evolution and future-proof approach.

Efficient Beginings
Working with Wenaas on two versions of the catalog simultaneously was definitely the most efficient option. In addition to keeping both projects very similarly branded, we were able to double-dip a lot of the labor which saved on time and cost.

Shop Specifics
To accommodate the quote-based sale model of the company, we set up the site with designations for items that can be purchased through the site and those that require a sales representative.
Safety First
Like a hardhat but for sensitive financial information, we set up security procedures for the site’s newly added e-commerce functionality.
Print It!
After carefully proofing the book, selecting paper weight and size, and laying out each page, we coordinated with a dedicated print shop to produce thousands of copies for existing and potential clients.

While the final product is a beautifully organized page of words and imagery, it’s a meticulous process to get there. Laying out each page effectively means that we promote content without creating clutter.

Through our interviews, we collected a lot of valuable content, but not all of it made it to the final cut. Designers and writers worked hand-in-hand to ensure that the corporate brochure was designed to .

This corporate brochure was one of a variety of communication tools, so the aesthetic quality was designed to fit within the brand identity spread across many other platforms and media.

Two-In-One
From the Wenaas Duck line of flame retardant apparel to assorted work boots, we logically organized the products into easy-to-find categories for navigation through the physical and digital catalogs. While the website allows for more overlap of products between categories, we had to make more decisive choices for the placement of products in the printed catalog.
Duo Lingo
Transforming ideas into realities, MDG created these digital and physical marketing tools, presenting Wenaas products in a way that was innovative, engaging, and accessible. This renewal of Wenaas’ marketing tools did more than just alter their aesthetic appeal, it breathed a rejuvenating new life into the enterprise.
